validation for entered umlauts in website title & maybe SEO Title #45

- tickets depends how we integrate the SEO Title into the dialog boxes
h2. current behavior
- when entering umlauts into the SEO url field, savîng the changes is not possible, but no visual information is shown
- this can be confused for the user
idea 1
- we show a visual validation message that the seo title is not valid, the message should be useful and should contain the information whats wrong or maybe whats allowed
idea 2
- when a user types an umlaut, it will be automatically changed to the right value - live validation
- maybe there is a jquery library for it
- ux: user eg. types ä system will change it directly to ae - user should be able to adjust it manually
