pyFoamPVSnapshot works, but issues a lot of warnings

Here's the use case scenario and respective output:

 pyFoamPVSnapshot --time=0 .

This isn't a bug. It's an enhancement that affects PyFoam in general.
What can perhaps be done here is:

1. Detection or option regarding using the internal reader instead of the default OpenFOAM reader. Essentially we would need to ascertain if the class for loading .foam is available in VTK, in case the library libPOpenFOAMReaderPlugin isn't found.
2. Creating the .OpenFOAM file should only be done if using OpenFOAM's own plugin.
