How to get BMAD V6 to work in Cursor (I am now MAD)

Hi
I have v6 via npx bmad-method@alpha install from within cursor. I run through everything fine (I think). But I any have one agent bmad-master.md(c). I was thinking maybe I must use this agent to create the other agents (via tasks or workflow). But it does nothing. I can see the option in my cursor chat:

The online doc for v6.0 states the following
TL;DR - The Quick Path
Install: npx bmad-method@alpha install
Initialize: Load Analyst agent → Run "workflow-init"
Plan: Load PM agent → Run "prd" (or "tech-spec" for small projects)
Architect: Load Architect agent → Run "create-architecture" (10+ stories only)
Build: Load SM agent → Run workflows for each story → Load DEV agent → Implement
Always use fresh chats for each workflow to avoid hallucinations

but i remain stuck.
anyone knows the correct steps?

Ok, I think I found the answer.
In the installation questions, I only selected BMB, but when I added BMM, the other agents got created.
