BMAD and jira using Atlassian mcp in claude cli

Hi, have a question: I want to use jira as a tracking system. I can use Atlassian MCP for this purpose and Claude Code with CLI works fine with it. Is there a way to instrust agents to use it automatically? Such that in sprint-status.yaml the tracking_system will be "jira" and all epics and stories will be managed there. I've created bmad-jira-integration.md with a detailed explanation about the project structure, but didn't find a way to instruct agents to use it always. Thanks for help.

Up to this. I wanted this to be integrated with Linear. So far, BMad v6 managed to do it once I told it to sync with my Linear project.
