Agent files reference .bmad/ but actual folder is _bmad/ (bug, documentation)

Problem

All agent files in bmm/agents/ and bmb/agents/ reference {project-root}/.bmad/ in their activation steps, but the actual BMAD installation folder uses an underscore: _bmad/.

This causes agents to fail on activation when trying to load config.yaml and other core files.

Expected Behavior

All {project-root}/.bmad/ references should be {project-root}/_bmad/

Note

References to .bmad-user-memory (sidecar folder concept) should NOT be changed - only the core _bmad folder references.

May not be relevant, but I ran a fresh re-install on my project and it fixed it.

And if you go for re-install, note issue 1149 when you re-install. While we wait for a solution, I found a hack which I have added as a comment to the issue.
