Define a Global Date Handling Rule to Improve Consistency and Ease of Use

I suggest defining a date handling rule under Global Rule.
This would ensure that the current date is automatically inserted whenever a PRD.md file is created or updated.
Without such a rule, I've experienced cases where incorrect timestamps were manually entered into PRD.md, leading to confusion and versioning issues.

Also, I’d like to express my appreciation for the amazing work by the BMAD team.
Thanks to your updates, many of the frustrating limitations I faced while coding with Cursor have been significantly improved.

In particular, I had often struggled with the agent going off-track when it failed to maintain proper context.
The introduction of rules and roles has made it possible to continue development with minimal prompting — and that’s truly a game-changer.

Thank you so much - a global date rule is very useful - I have found not only for PRD but also when just asking it to use a certain library (like node 22) some models will get confused and think its not real because it thinks the date is in 2024 before it was released.
