Thank you so much - a global date rule is very useful - I have found not only for PRD but also when just asking it to use a certain library (like node 22) some models will get confused and think its not real because it thinks the date is in 2024 before it was released. |

I suggest defining a date handling rule under Global Rule.
This would ensure that the current date is automatically inserted whenever a PRD.md file is created or updated.
Without such a rule, I've experienced cases where incorrect timestamps were manually entered into PRD.md, leading to confusion and versioning issues.

Thanks to your updates, many of the frustrating limitations I faced while coding with Cursor have been significantly improved.
In particular, I had often struggled with the agent going off-track when it failed to maintain proper context.
The introduction of rules and roles has made it possible to continue development with minimal prompting — and that’s truly a game-changer.
