before Julia Intro lecture, make Julia code optionally readable #296

Description

@bertdv

IN this code example (n BML) #Code-Example:-Bayesian-Evolution-for-the-Coin-Toss I want the Julia code by default to be hidden. At this point, we have not had an intro-to-julia lecture yet, so I want to focus on understanding how Bayesian ML works rather than how to code it.

It's OK to have a button that would show the code if someone wants to see it, but by default, Julia code before the Julia-Intro lecture should be hidden. Please update the code example to make the code hidden and only show it if the reader presses some button.
