Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If the end-user uses Freshdesk to track missed payments or new invoices, a dispatcher would be needed to create/update these tickets.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a dispatcher that would create or update a ticket in Freshdesk, which would allow support agents to reach out to the customer with the related information.

Caveat
This cannot be implemented until a filter is written to inform the event handler that this dispatcher can only perform a few specific actions.
