USB Serial repeater config broken in 1.6.2 and later, on Xiao NRF #6
Description
Tried to flash 2 Xiao's (known working on Meshtastic) to Repeater 1.9.1, then 1.9.0 then 1.7.0 iirc... could not get serial to work after successful flash. Going back to 1.6.1 and I can now configure my repeater. Tried 2 computers, 3 serial programs, reboots, power cycles, 3 cables, 2 xiaos.... could never get repeater config to connect/work. Always timed out.
Now stepping forward to find where this occurred:
1.6.1: works
1.6.2: no work
back to 1.6.1: works again
1.7.0 and 1.9.0. and 1.9.1 all don't work either.
