FE: Nav entry + codegen + end-to-end verification

Context

Part of the Bounty Builder Lifecycle milestone (v1 boundless). Adds the builder entry points and runs end-to-end verification across all six modes.

Tasks

• Add Bounties to the main/marketplace nav and a "my bounties" entry in the /me area.
• Run npm run codegen after the backend gap endpoints land (applications/me, my-activity, results, earnings types).
• End-to-end verification (testnet), for each of the six modes (OPEN/APPLICATION_LIGHT/APPLICATION_FULL x SINGLE_CLAIM/COMPETITION):
  • discover -> apply/join/claim -> submit (on-chain anchor) -> (organizer selects winners) -> reward receipt in /me/earnings
  • withdraw-application and withdraw-submission paths
  • guards: deadline passed, already applied, reputation/credit gate, competition cap reached

Acceptance criteria

• All six modes flow end to end on testnet; nav entries live; withdraw paths work.

• All other builder issues + the backend gap endpoints.

I've worked through multi-mode bounty lifecycles before and understand how much can go wrong at the seams between discovery, on-chain anchoring, and reward receipt — especially when six distinct mode combinations each have their own guard conditions and edge cases. I'll add the nav entries cleanly, run codegen once the backend gap endpoints land, and methodically verify all six OPEN/APPLICATION_LIGHT/APPLICATION_FULL × SINGLE_CLAIM/COMPETITION flows on testnet end to end. The withdraw paths and guard conditions — deadline expiry, duplicate applications, reputation gates, competition caps — will get explicit verification rather than being assumed to work from the happy path passing. If any mode exposes a gap during testnet verification I'll document and flag it before marking the milestone complete.
