Scores of lighthouse change every time even though there are no changes in codebase as described in https://github.com/GoogleChrome/lighthouse/blob/master/docs/variability.md#score-variability
To reduce variability, I want to run lighthouse more than once every time.
I assume another plugin is needed that uses like pwmetrics.
