Wind file in date format was not converted into splines - New code needed in WindInput.cs #3
Description
Currently, only wind file in seconds was converted into splines.
public WindData GetWindDataAtTime(float time) returns NaN if Wind file in date format was specified as input to WUI-NITY.
New code is needed in private void CreateSplines() to convert Wind file in date format into splines.
