Issues with "Building a Librarian with the Agent Kit" guide

Hi, I'm trying the guide here, https://breadboard-ai.github.io/breadboard/docs/guides/librarian/, and running into an issue with the text.

In multiple places, I see these boxes:

The circular part is animated as if it's trying to load something, but it never does. I've tried different browsers, I'm definitely online (I'm posting this ;), but it won't load.
