Regarding meaning of annotation used in aerodynamic charterstics

We are simulating 81mm mortar on same line but can't figure out the meaning of annotations used by you in excel file aerodynami_char_120mm . Also could you suggest the change in whole of the commit to make it suit for 81mm mortar .
