Not fully Windows compatible

I ran into the issue of the couple references to
os.system('paste ...
not being found on Windows. Powershell seems to run most everything just fine, and I even got the non-illum file to output seemingly ok, but adding the illum columns doesn't work.
I don't know the Windows equivalent of 'paste'!

Of course, the workaround is not to use Windows ;)

I have found a workaround for windows.

One can use Git Bash for windows.
Run nano ~/.bashrc
Add the following (This is so that you can run conda in Git bash
. "/c/Users/YourUsername/miniconda3/etc/profile.d/conda.sh"
Press Ctrl + O to save
Press Enter
Then Ctrl + X to exit

Restart Git bash

Now activate the conda environment and run pe2loaddata.
While this is able to generate output.csv, it runs into issues when you want to attach illum correction.

While appending illum related columns to the output.csv file. it runs into issue of not appending it correctly. The best thing I have found is generate one row of what you have to append and repeat it for all the other rows since it is the same values for illum related columns.
