[Feature Request] Manual setting of mcp server url

• browseros keep changing mcp server url, causing mcp clients stop working

How are you working around this today? (your current solution or workaround)

• reconfiguring mcp clients everytime the server url changes

What's your proposed solution? (how should BrowserOS address this?)

• let users change the mcp server url or option to make it permanent
