Hello there!

I'm glad to release the first version of streamline card, which aims to be a replacement of decluttering-card, unmaintained anymore.

This first release contains:

• a numerous amount of code removal, mainly related to old versions of Home Assistant I no longer want to support.
• the forwarding of the getCardLayout new attributes from the new section view in the dashboard.
• few performance optimizations to improve the card and your dashboard reactiveness.

Except this, this card should work as decluttering-card was. Let me know if you encounter any issue!
