MacOS CI version not launching

Downloaded a CI built version of CalChart and it does not seem to launch. This is from log stream:

That same problem is happening to me while trying to set up the newest release of CalChart on my M4 Macbook. When I try to get it off SourceForge it doesn't want to work either and will just give me the same issue of "Cannot open this Application".

Fixed with #766. Boy, was this a tough issue to figure out.
