Need a better way of regenerating help (remove tex2rtf requirement)

The tex2rtf requirement is annoying. You have to get wxWidgets for no other reason on mac, and it would be better to have some public tool anyways.

@rmpowell77 - Is it possible we could just set up a script to compile all the tex into PDFs? Not totally sure how the docs compilation works but this seems like maybe an alternative

Updating this issues title to "Need a better way of regenerating help (remove tex2rtf requirement)".

PDF is fine, but we'd need to have a text to pdf tool. Essentially, we need to have the documentation in one place, in the source code. The idea is to keep it as close as possible to the source. As git is based on text diffs, it's not such a good idea to store PDFs either.

This is a low priority issue as we don't often change the help.

We now use Markdown and a new way of creating help files.
