[BUG] Missing Uploading Receipt Photos Option

Missing option to upload a photo of receipts from device

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to inventory
2. Create a purchase request
3. No option to upload photo of receipt

Expected behavior
