Appointment availability not being updated after new bookings

After using the booking function successfully for several months, current appointment availability suddenly stopped being updated on the external booking page. You can go into the booking link and book an appointment and it appears under the "Bookings" tab like normal, receive the notifications, etc., but if you go back into the booking page that time still appears with the same number of seats available. Calendar currently looks like there are no future bookings.

1. Checked the "bookings" tab and saw a number of booked appointments for the coming week
2. Went from the event type to the external booking link
3. The link showed all times and seats available for the coming week
4. Clicked on a specific time and booked an appointment
5. Checked the bookings tab and the new appointment was listed
6. Returned to the external booking page and the time booked still appeared available with the same number of seats

Available times and seats should reduce when someone books an appointment. This has been working fine for the past two months. I did not change any settings and have not been able to find a setting that could have caused this change.

For me it is working fine. And not showing booked time in external booking link

I can't screenshot the bookings tab because it contains confidential information, but there are 4 of the above times that are showing as fully booked

which browser and it's version ,you are using

I'm using Firefox 132.0.1 and the problem is the same if I open the booking link in Chrome 130.0.6723.117
