Option to trigger a workflow a few minutes/hours after an event is booked

It would be nice to have a feature to trigger a workflow a bit after an event is booked. Like "x" minutes/hours after an event is booked instead of just "When new event is booked".

Describe alternatives you've considered

Calendly has this feature.

Additional context

This allows us to send event bookers resources/emails in a more natural time and make it feel less automated and more personalized.
