Extra space, when keyboard appears

I am not sure if this is related but may be, because something similar is happening to me.

Every time when my keyboard is going down, my screen getting "extra" space for short time and then jumping to original size, which looks like screen is jumping.

Downgraded to 3.3.0 for now.

One thing which i spotted already - it's not happening on all android versions.

Tested on Pixel 3A with API 29 - working fine.
Problem is on API 26 - when using Samsung S7 as simulator or real device.

build for android with API 26 and just focus input and then press somewhere to close keyboard, jumping will happen

i think key is:

android:windowSoftInputMode="adjustPan" and have ViewPager in ScrollView
