Issue: Command provided in the issue template does not consider drop-in config files

Describe the issue

The command we provide for users to collect system information and logs does not consider the drop-in config files available in /var/snap/{broker_name}/current/broker.conf.d, only the main file /var/snap/{broker_name}/current/broker.conf.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run the command provided in the System Information and logs section

2. Check that the file generated only contains the "master" config file under the #### {broker_name} configuration section
