In general, policies should have an expiration date set. However, the policies in this repo are meant to be used as the base of user policysets and more concrete policies. My thinking is that these should not expire and instead downstream sets and derived policies should define their own expiration date.
While there are no plans to add expiration dates to these root policies, I'm opening this issue to capture ideas and thoughts.
