Values with exclamation mark are filtered out

What steps did you take:
specify a value with a exclamation mark eg :
ira: !include somefile.yaml

What happened:
"!include" is filtered out in the result

What did you expect:
the value "!include somefile.yaml" remains as-is

Anything else you would like to add:

Environment:

• ytt version (use ytt --version): 0.51.1
• OS (e.g. from /etc/os-release): windows 11
