[SUGGESTION] overlay blacklists as well as of whitelists

The Map Atlas added by Map Atlas mod coded by MehVahdJukaar adds the Map Atlas, which renders an overlay with your coordinates and biomes when it's in your inventory. If you also have a compass, there will be two separate huds with your coordinates on it, which is strange.

To remedy this issue I suggest adding a "blacklist" config for each hud such that having an item in the blacklist will prevent that particular HUD from rendering.

I've messed with this before - previous versions of Immersive Overlays would not render the compass overlay if Map Atlas's compass setting was active, but this caused a ton of confusion from people not knowing why their compass overlay wasn't rendering.

with a blacklist players would have to manually go disable the rendering which should help with that a lot
