✨ integrate with opentelemetry trace

- propagate trace from sources to sinks
- create trace on sources if possible
- support configuration via environment variable
- add opentelemetry operator, otel-collector and grafana-tempo, grafana dashboard into demostack
- use tracing-opentelemetry (and to contribute when possible)
- check compatibility and integration with cloudevents and every sink (for injector, ...)
