Various changes have been made to the frontend due to the migration to Login.gov and a variety of documentation has become outdated.

Review the Frontend README and update/remove outdated documentation.

List of updates:

HMDA Tools screenshot
HMDA Data Publication - Updates and Notes (screenshot needs to be replaced due to UI change)
Testing section
- Cypress testing GIF displays Keycloak login theme (outdated)
- Enzyme is no longer being used - remove the command the sentence about it
