[Enhancement] Add tool search/filter in the interactive menu

As the tool list grows past 40+ items, finding a specific tool becomes slow.

Add a search step before the checkbox menu:
? Search tools (or press Enter to see all): react

This would filter the checkbox list to only show tools whose 
name, label, or tags match the search term.

Library to use: inquirer (already installed)
