[C2] Global questions bank update

The global questions bank at /main/admin/questions.php is broken (style broken from the move to the new Twig structure).
Needs fixing.

I'm very interested in the Chamilo-LMS project and would like to start contributing. Since this is my first contribution, I wanted to better understand the issue.
I compared the old version of Chamilo (1.11.x) with version 2 to look for differences between questions. The only change I noticed is the label "nom" in v2 is "Titre" in 1.11.x (probably "Title" in the English version). Everything seems to work fine for me so far, although it’s my first time using Chamilo.
The only problem I’ve encountered is that the PDF export doesn’t seem to work (probably because of the style as you mentionned ?). Could you clarify what kind of help or contribution you expect on this issue? I’d be happy to work on it. 😄
