Describe the bug
While working on Safari and Firefox, the hover counter is missing on Chrome

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have some reactions on a github counter
  2. Hover with mouse

Expected behavior

Chrome : Capture d’écran 2022-05-02 à 16 40 22

Firefox : Capture d’écran 2022-05-02 à 16 40 49
