company was blocking the embedded 7zip in tools because it was outdated, this will be fixed with 2.5 via #3626 but in meantime i'm blocked from simple workarounds (i can hack overwrite the embedded exe easy enough...).

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

if Get-ChocolateyUnzip.ps1 supported chocolateyUseWindowsCompression either via environment variable or switch as an alternative to using embedded 7zip i'd be on a better path.

I think the best place for this to get done is as part of the larger rewrite, so I'm flagging this as part of that issue for now. Good shout though, it should be something we can improve here for sure.
