Paid account locked – fingerprint not working

Hi team,

I’m trying to log into my Chutes.ai account using the fingerprint I saved when I first registered, but I get an error saying it’s invalid.

I have an active paid subscription on this account.  
However, I lost access to my hotkey/private key and now I can't verify it.  
Please help me recover access or transfer my subscription to a new account.
