package version specification

Hi @chyikwei, your code is really good, while when I try to test it, many packages fail to import, such as six is now a separate package rather than a part of scipy.

Could you please specify the version of the packages you used in your code so that I can compile and run the code? thanks so much!

hi @DongzeHE, thanks for reaching out. Ideally this should be compatible with last numpy / scipy but I haven't check this repo for a while. I will update the code to adjust the changes you mentioned.
