Probably due to output rescaling.

_bp_norm_ needs updating (and also _forwardprojector_norm_, _backprojector_norm_)

Strongly related issue: the factor 2 in the update step in l2_update is sometimes too big if the bp_weight factor is also overestimated, and can cause divergence.
