Cider freezes upon fullscreening on resizing the window

Describe the Bug

Upon pressing the maximize button or just resizing the window, there's a chance Cider will freeze. By freeze I mean audio will stop and the app window will turn into a blur. No UI is being rendered in that state.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Press the maximize button/resize the window to make it bigger

+1. I'm seeing this issue on 2.6.1.9 and PTB build 165, on Windows and macOS. If the window is made bigger while small and a playlist is open, it shows the same behaviour that you're seeing
