TestSpecs is failing when using default BTF file for syslseek.yaml #3492

What happened?

When updating TestSpecs test to run on multiple BTF files in #3414, it seems that thespecs/syslseek.yaml test fails on Ubuntu 22 in the CI

`ksys_lseek` does not exists on ARM because it is inlined. Hence
TestSpecs fails because of this.
