NVidia GPUs handle NaN pixels differently than Intel GPUs #26

In this forum discussion it became apparent that there is a difference between NVidia GPUs and Intel GPUs. It appears like this vector contains NaN when the script runs in NVidia and 0 when executed on Intel. Thanks to LPUoO for reporting!

Temporary solution:

  • Since 2.2.0.9 averageDistanceOfTouchingNeighbors delivers 0 in case of labels that are not touching...
