quiche qpack don't use dynamic table

Hi,
In quiche/qpack/encoder.rs, I haven't found dynamic table related codes.
Question
Does Cloudflare's quiche project not support the QPACK dynamic table feature? And in this case, some CDN service of cloudflare doesn't work as expect when using quic protocol.
Are there any plans to implement this feature in the future? Using dynamic tables is a very efficient and important feature.
Or are there any alternative test function of Qpack encoder/decoder ?
