[Bug]: postgres.proto and restore_job.proto use different package

What happened?

I wanted to use the protobuf files directly instead of going through the go modules and noticed, that postgres.proto is using the cnpgi.identity.v1 package and restore_job.proto is using cnpgi.wal.v1.

That's not correct, is it?
