https://github.com/DTW-DanWard/PowerShell-Beautifier seems to be the best option

https://github.com/StartAutomating/ScriptCop might also be worth looking at, but appears unmaintained.

PSScriptAnalyzer (c.f. #2915) also includes a good formatter, but it doesnt support paths. c.f. PowerShell/PSScriptAnalyzer#775 But it should be good enough to wrap in a bear.
