playback speed button

Hi, is it possible to add the playback speed button near other buttons? so that I can use it quickly.
In the settings I can't find any option to enable this button

there are a few popular extension only doing speed buttons
and guys will (can) find (close) a few open threads this here too.

while our existing code has buttons and shortcuts for speed,
we also have a speed-watching feature (permanent speed, except for music or education. So it make sense to have all in one, while our code becomes a framework increasingly (and eventually we can include a UI form and a syntax for custom youtube-rules (/HTMLmedia-rules) like ublock origin allows for CSS and JS variables)
(Not to overwhelm @BaoHanNgHuynh. The context might just be worth it soon)
