  1. As a caller who needs the closest available ambulance to care for them while transporting them to the hospital. The expectation is someone to arrive within 5 to 8 minutes. The goal is to provide them with assistance within a certain amount of time.

  2. As a caller who needs the fire company to put out the fire that has started at their location. The expectation is someone to arrive within 3 to 5 minutes to start putting out the fire. The goal is to provide them with enough equipment to bring the situation under control without loss of life.

  3. As a caller is asking for assistance at an accident scene to assist with other patients that have been injured. The expectation is to provide the closest available emergency equipment to render aid at an accident scene. The goal is to provide the proper emergency equipment in the least amount of time.

These user stories don't describe what the app you want to build is supposed to do. You should look at the guidance for how to properly create user stories again and refine these.

For example, I think a better user story would be something like this: "As a 911 dispatcher, I want to see a list of emergency calls in order of severity so that I can know what incidents to respond to first".

Also, I've created your new repo at github.com/code-differently/24q4-team6 so you should be able to create your new user stories in that repo instead of here.
