Improve our repo's readme

currently it is just some test, but I would love to improve the readme

I would do it similar to some of my other repos e.g https://github.com/torch2424/link-drops

it shall include the build process:

gem install jekyll
gem install bundle
bundle install
bundle exec jekyll serve

possibly a nice little ruby install guide: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-ruby-on-rails-with-rbenv-on-ubuntu-14-04

as well as contribution rules in #38
