Switch to Delorean for handling dates?

Was recently alerted to a very nice looking datetime library called [Delorean](http://delorean.readthedocs.org/en/latest/index.html). Looks like it nicely abstracts away all the painful business we are currently doing with munging time zones, etc. No need to manage stuff from `datetime`, `iso8601`, and `pytz`.
