@Mahantor which Windows version are you on?
Also, are you using the correct .msi installer. Make sure you install the correct architecture based on your machine. x64.msi for 64 bit and x86.msi for 32 bit Windows.

Hi, v2.0.0 uses new format for Windows build. Could you give that a try and see if the problem still persist?
