Add author info to posts

I have added YAML front matter giving author, category, tags, etc, but none of this is visible in the default configuration.

Priority is display blog author on front page summary, maybe the category.

Later other features might be nice - tag clouds, individual author footers with personal contact links etc.

Realised the issue should be a bit more granular than "metadata". Adding authors feels like the priority right now. Have narrowed scope accordingly. this page might offer a method. outdated
