Disable updates for workspaces in maintenance mode

**Full Note:**interested coder workspaces in maintenance mode to revoke people's accesses to update/connect to a specific list workspaces (or all workspaces under a template)? I'm running a migration script for many workspaces and would like to lock down the connect/update functionality to avoid disrupting people.
