Add option to disable task feedback

We want to add an option to disable task feedback. When this option is set to false, the task feedback success popup should no longer be displayed to users. The option can be named task_feedback, should be of type boolean, and default to true.

Following the product board, this should be at the template level. You can find it here, but I think Bartek can give you more context on that.

It makes sense to me — the admin might want to require feedback for a while to see how things are going. My guess is that, by default, users would disable it, and admins wouldn’t get the feedback they need. So I’d rely on the admin to decide whether or not to disable the feedback widget for users.

@BrunoQuaresma it's probably simplest to add a boolean column at the template level then. This will allow admins to toggle the feedback per template without having to push an updated template version.
